Meet the Staff

Raymounde Bahktiar - Practice Manager

Raymounde has been our practice manager for more than 15 years. She has a Master's Degree in Business Management and is a Certified Medical Office Manager. She brings to her position a wealth of business management experience. Originally from Iran, she enjoys living in Northern Virginia with its variety of multicultural activities. Her diverse background allows her to communicate with and connect to our many international patients. On a personal note, she enjoys reading, art and being the mother of a beautiful daughter.

Daisy Benitez - Administrative Assistant, Insurance Coordinator

Daisy is originally from California, moving to the east coast 20 years ago. She has worked in the medical field for 10 years, joining our staff in 2006. She enjoys working with the public and providing excellent customer service. She realizes the importance of customer service and is continually striving to improve these skills. Knowing she is often the first voice when you call our office, Daisy takes great pride in her position. She is always happy to speak with our patients and makes them feel relaxed and at ease.

Dunia Gallinate - Administrative Assistant

Dunia joined our practice in 2006 and has been an invaluable asset. Her friendly and warm personality help our patients feel at ease when they call. Among the things she enjoys most is seeing both the physical and emotional transformations of our patients. Customer service remains her #1 priority, and she is happy to assist our patients with all requests.

Maria Figueroa - Medical Assistant

Maria has worked as a medical assistant with us for nearly 5 years. Originally from Puerto Rico, she lived and received her nursing education in New York City. She is intimately familiar with all the plastic surgery procedures we perform, and brings a wealth of experience to her job. Her warm personality and caring attitude are frequently recognized and commented on by our patients. When not working, she enjoys walking her dog, reading, listening to music and spending quality time with her family.

Leslie Biehl - Patient Coordinator

Leslie brings vast experience to her role as our patient coordinator. A native of Northern Virginian, she joined our office in 2006 but has more than a decade of experience in plastic surgery. Her extensive knowledge of plastic surgery allows her to act as a knowledge resource for all of our patients. She acts as the main contact person and liaison for our aesthetic surgery patients. Her personality and cheerful disposition brightens the office each day.
