This patient is a 38-year-old female with a history of morbid obesity who underwent gastric bypass surgery with a subsequent weight-loss of over 100 pounds. Her BMI at the time of her plastic surgery was 29. She underwent lower body lift surgery combined with bilateral mastopexy. These postoperative photographs were taken approximately 4 months after surgery, demonstrating marked improvement in her breast ptosis. She chose not to undergo planned breast augmentation since she was happy with the volume and appearance of her breasts.
