This 31 year old woman presented for cosmetic breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts noting the small size but also a degree of asymmetry. Her left breast was larger than her right breast. This bothered her a great deal and she hoped to increase her breast size and correct this asymmetry. She underwent breast augmentation with smotth saline filled implants. These were chosen to allow for differential volumes in each breast to compensate for the asymmetry. Her implants were places behind her chest muscles. The right sided implant was filled to a volume of 400cc while the left side was filled to 350cc. This appeared to correct her unevenness. Her final breast size was 36C. She recovered and was back to work within 1 week.
