Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift Before & After Photos

This 37 year old woman presented for breast and body rejuvenation following weight loss as a result of gastric bypass surgery. She lost 160lbs reducing her weight from 305lbs to 145lbs. Her BMI went from 49 down to 24 when she presented for evaluation. She was concerned about the appearance of her breasts noting a significant loss of volume with associated droopiness. She was also concerned about excess skin involving her abdomen and buttock.

The patient elected to undergo lower body lift surgery combined with breast lift (mastopexy). It was elected to perform her breast augmentation procedure as a second stage procedure in order to allow for more accurate implant placement. Her lower body lift and mastopexy was performed without incident and she returned 6 months later for placement of silicone gel breast implants. 325cc moderate plus profile silicone gel implants were placed in a submuscular position. Her bra size increased from a 34a to a 34C. She was very happy with her outcome. Her implants remain soft and natural appearing and her scars continue to fade.
