Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift Before & After Photos

This patient is a 44-year-old female with a history of morbid obesity.  She underwent went gastric bypass surgery in lost more than 140 pounds.  As result of the weight-loss she developed significant breast droopiness associated with loss of breast volume.  She was also unhappy the appearance of her abdomen and buttock area with significant droopiness and laxity of these tissues.

She underwent an uncomplicated lower body lift surgery combined with breast augmentation and mastopexy.  250 cc smooth sailing implants were placed in a sub glandular position and she underwent simultaneous breast lift surgery through a vertical incision technique.  She also underwent lower body lift surgery without complication.

The patient remained happy with her outcome but developed visible rippling across the top of her implants.  Her implants remained soft but the appearance of the rippling was of concern.  Two years after her initial procedure, she underwent revision of her breast augmentation surgery with removal of her saline implants and placement of a larger silicone gel implant.  375 CC moderate plus profile silicone gel siltex round implants were chosen.  This corrected the visible rippling and increased the patient's bust size to her desired level.  She recovered uneventfully and remains happy with her.
