Our Facilities in Fairfax County

Our plastic surgeons offer the convenience of a Fairfax County office suite located in a medical arts building on the Fair Oaks Hospital campus. Fair Oaks Hospital is recognized as one of the top 100 hospitals in the nation. We are just minutes from Dulles Airport and the rapidly growing Dulles high-tech corridor, which means our plastic surgeons are as easily accessible to Fairfax/Loudoun County residents as they are to patients from other areas. For your convenience, valet parking is available when visiting either the hospital or our office.

All major surgery is performed in Fair Oaks Hospital's operating facility, with board-certified anesthesiologists participating in your care. Patients who undergo extensive surgery may wish to stay overnight at the hospital. Through our partnership with Fair Oaks, discounted rates are available for overnight stays.

Dr. Andrew Goldberg and Dr. Mitchel Krieger offer computer imaging services to help you understand the potential outcome of any procedure you are considering. This advanced technology helps us to plan your surgery and allows you to visualize how your surgery may change your appearance. While computer imaging does not predict your surgical outcome with 100 percent accuracy, we believe it is an important tool for communicating with our patients what they might expect from procedures such as body lift, liposuction, and breast enhancement.

To enhance your post-operative care, our plastic surgeons offer a number of special services at our Fairfax County office. We use the latest FDA-approved laser technology to treat surgical scars, and we offer ultrasound and Endermologie® to help reduce any swelling or discomfort you may experience. Dr. Andrew Goldberg

Dr. Goldberg is an accomplished cosmetic surgeon trained in both aesthetic and complex reconstructive surgical procedures. Washington Checkbook magazine has consistently listed him as a Top Physician. He is fervent in his belief that plastic surgery can improve one’s self-esteem and confidence. Dr. Goldberg's cosmetic surgery practice covers a broad range - from facelift and body contouring to laser procedures. Also proficient in complex reconstructive surgery, Dr. Goldberg works closely with local physicians in the treatment of complex wounds and threatened extremity loss.

Combining Experience and Expertise

Dr. Goldberg has provided quality care in Northern Virginia since 1991 and maintains privileges at Fair Oaks Hospital and Fairfax Hospital. He completed a general surgery residency at the Thomas Jefferson Medical Center in Philadelphia and then obtained further training in plastic surgery at the prestigious UCLA Medical Center. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. Mitchel Krieger

Dr. Mitchel Krieger is a talented and experienced plastic surgeon specializing in the art of aesthetic surgery. He started his private practice in Northern Virginia in 1997, after 12 years of service as a military surgeon. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College, completing the six-year accelerated combined biomedical program with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He went on to complete his internship and general surgery residency training in San Francisco.

Joining the team at the United States Military Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany, Dr. Krieger served three years as chief of general surgery. He also served as a surgical consultant to the British Army during the Gulf War. Returning to Washington, D.C., in 1993, he completed fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He then had the honor of serving as assistant chief of plastic surgery at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia.

During this time, Dr. Krieger served on the teaching faculty for the plastic surgery residency program at the Medical College of Georgia, where he was able to participate in the training of future cosmetic surgeons. An active participant in the Fairfax County Medical Society, the Medical Society of Virginia, and the National Capital Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Krieger maintains privileges at Fair Oaks Hospital, Reston Hospital Center, and Prince William Hospital. In addition, he has been involved with many humanitarian missions providing plastic surgical services both locally and abroad. His spirit of caring and commitment is obvious in all his endeavors.
